Business Development Specialist
About Us:
At Crafted Consulting, we don’t do business as usual and we definitely don’t do buzzwords and bloated strategy decks. We’re a scrappy, mission-first consulting team that rolls up our sleeves and partners directly with small businesses driving real change in their communities. From addiction recovery centers and mental health clinics to nonprofit startups and wellness ventures, our clients are doing the work that matters and we’re proud to be in the trenches with them.
We believe small teams can do big things when equipped with the right tools, clear data, and no-BS support. That’s where we come in. We build structure without stifling creativity, guide growth without corporate jargon, and get results without losing sight of the humans behind the business.
We work flexibly, from coffee shops to climbing gyms, and we show up with hustle, heart, and a deep respect for our clients’ missions. Now, we’re looking for a Business Development Partner to help us grow our recruiting business and bring our services to more organizations who need the right people in the right seats.

- Sales Process Ownership: Drive the full sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement, ensuring a smooth handoff to the recruiting team.
- Partnership Growth: Cultivate long-term relationships in target industries (healthcare, nonprofits, recovery, wellness, and beyond) to expand our market presence.
